Welcome to SaaSCore.NET™. By accessing the website or purchasing Founder Access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1) Definitions

  • Service: the SaaSCore.NET™ website, framework, CLI, docs, and related materials.
  • User, you: anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
  • Founder Access: a paid tier currently priced at $99 providing lifetime access to the framework plus free-tier benefits.
  • We, our, us: Lexicologist Ltd (Company No. 12640738), the owner and operator of the SaaSCore.NET™ brand and Service.

2) Pre-release status

SaaSCore.NET™ is currently in pre-release. Features may change, ship later, or be removed. You understand bugs and breaking changes may occur.

3) Your account and email

You must provide accurate information and keep your contact email up to date. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

4) Founder Access

  • Lifetime access to the SaaSCore.NET™ framework and documentation.
  • All free-tier benefits (updates and early-access announcements).
  • No recurring fees.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Access is granted to your registered email upon successful payment.

Refunds: Founder Access sales are non-refundable except where required by law.

5) Licence & intellectual property

The SaaSCore.NET™ framework, CLI, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Lexicologist Ltd. With Founder Access, we grant you a permanent, non-exclusive, non-transferable licenceto use the framework in your own projects. You own the code you generate in your projects, but not the framework/CLI itself.

You may not resell, redistribute, or offer SaaSCore.NET™ as a competing product or service without our prior written permission.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its normal operation, security, or availability.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexicologist Ltd and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9) Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. We'll post changes here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
